Ao ssz lotus. Brief description of JSC Shipyard Lotos Lotos Shipyard

Specialized plant "Lotos" for the construction of sets of block modules for the top structures of offshore stationary platforms intended for drilling wells and oil and gas production on the continental shelves of the seas. Construction of the plant began in 1978. During this period, a production boiler house with fuel oil facilities, a warehouse for non-standard equipment, and access railway tracks to the station were built. Novolesnaya, workshop blocks No. 1 and 5, the plant's water area was equipped (the backwater was dredged, a 100 m long embankment with a portal crane was made, bank protection was carried out), a hoisting device was built and a transfer place was equipped, a power unit with oxygen and carbon dioxide stations was built, a heavy slipway with sub-transborders was built paths and storage area for block modules.

Initially, the Lotos Shipyard was focused primarily on providing technical means for the development of the promising Caspian shelf. Since 1986, in cooperation with the Marine Shipyard, the Red Barricades factories and them. Karl Marx here built and delivered block modules of the top structures for two drilling platforms of Project 16710 to Azerbaijan. The plant workers also began to build and delivered to customers the first block modules of the head platform of Project 16712. The main customer of the plant was
production association "Kaspmorneftegaz" of the Azerbaijan SSR. Also lucky for the Lotos plant were its contracts with the Vyborg and Nikolaev shipyards; they supplied block modules for top structures for four drilling platforms of Project 16716. From 1987 to 1993 they collaborated with the well-known company VietSovpetro.

Based on the existing production capacity of the plant, in 1994 the Lotos plant, together with the Astrakhan Marine Shipyard and OJSC “III International”, began construction of a tanker (river-sea type, pr. 15781, commissioned by OJSC Volgotanker. Plant manufactured the bow end (from 0 to 71 shp.) of this vessel, which was launched and towed to the AMSZ for docking with the rest of the hull.

In 1995, the construction of the second river-sea tanker, project 15781 m, was laid down and construction was underway, also together with AIZZ. The Lotos plant was supposed to build the bow from 0 to 143 it.
In 1996, the Lotos and AMSZ plants began the construction of three dry cargo ships of the “river-sea” type, project 00221, commissioned by the Sudoexport enterprise.

In 1990, the Lotos plant began to master ship repair work. Since then, 12 different vessels have been repaired. Using a lowering and lifting device with a lifting capacity of 6000 tons with a platform of 100 * 13.6 m, a lift was carried out for inspection and repair of the underwater part of the hull and the lifting gear of dry cargo ships of the Nefterudovoz and Volgo-Don types, tankers of the Volgoneft and Lenaneft types ", dredgers of the "Crimea" type, RDOS of the "Moryana" type.

To date, the company has experience in carrying out inspection and repair of the ship hull, defect detection and repair of the rudder complex, stern tube device, rowing oxen and ship systems.
